Client agrees to arrive on time to model session. If client is late or does not attend session at scheduled time it will be considered a "no show". At that time Photographer reserves the right to cancel model session without reschedule or delivery of any digital files. Client understands if session is canceled by client for any reason, inlcuding sickness, Photographer does not owe any images or reschedule date. Client understands if baby cries or does not participate in such a way to allow photographer to capture desired images for project Photographer has the right to end session at any time. Photographer will not owe a reschedule date, compensation or digital images. Client understands that Phoographer does not owe any compensation or digital images if session requirements aren't fulfilled. Client agrees to recieve 3 digital images with personal print release as compensation for their time. Client agrees to review images and choose 3 images for personal use via Zoom meeting at date following session and agreed upon by Photographer and Client. Client may purchase addtional digital images if desired. Photographer agrees to fully hand edit each image purchased and will supply personal print release.

Model Release & Liability Client’s Right to Use Materials: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only and Client shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions of the prints by any third party unless such reproduction is authorized in writing by Photographer. If Client purchases limited, non-exclusive usage rights to digital files, such usage shall be for personal, non-commercial use only.

Copyright Ownership: Anna-Marie Photography (the “Photographer”) owns all right and title to the copyrights in all images and photographic materials created on behalf of the Client and shall have the exclusive right to make prints or reproductions. Photographer reserves and the Client expressly grants the express right of Photographer to make reproductions and use the photographs and images of Client and/or Client's minor children listed above for use in connection with Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, affiliate organizations, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, advertising and promotion, books, magazines, illustrations, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer's studio, on Photographer's website, including on all printed materials, media on the Internet, and any current or future digital media. Nothing herein shall be deemed as a release, transfer, assignment or other disposal of Photographer’s rights in the materials.

LIABILITY: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
