Amelia|Newborn Photos Kansas City

Amelia is another one of my “second baby” clients. And I love my second baby clients! There is none of the tension or worry of meeting someone new (Awkward silences. Boo!). You feel pretty confident they like your work (Because they came back again! Hooray!). And they must like hanging out with you at least a little bit (three hours is a long time to spend in a hot room with someone you don’t like). Now that clears the way for doing what you love and having someone to chat with (Be careful to remind me to stop talking and get my job done!).

So basically, I snuggled with Amelia and talked with her momma for a couple hours (And still managed to get my job done! Yay!). And I have to mention that I have my very own Amelia. We call her Millie and that also happens to be this little lady’s nickname too. So, I kind of loved her even more because of it.

Millie is coming up on her first birthday and we are going to shoot the most adorable cake smash ever. You will have to stop by my Facebook page in January to check it out. If I was super on top of life I would have that sucker blogged in the same week. But based on the fact that I am blogging her newborn session when she is like 10 months old I just don’t see that happening. I’m being honest, okay?
