I stepped in and shot Hayden’s session for another photographer who had gotten poison ivy and was unable to complete the session. I can’t even imagine getting poison ivy, so I actually felt really awful for my colleague. I know her photographer was disappointed to lose the opportunity to snuggle her. But really this was such a great treat for me because this little girl was darling and sweet. And I never pass up the opportunity to photograph a newborn. I love my job and every chance I have to do it is such a blessing.
