Cake Smash & Milestone Investment

A $190 session retainer secures your date and is applied toward your final digital image collection.  After your session, you’ll return to the studio for a guided image viewing where you’ll select the images you love the most and choose the collection that bet fits yiour family.  There is no obligation to purchase more than what is included, and I’ll walk you through the process in a relaxed, no pressue way.

Milestone and cake smash sessions are designed to be fun, efficient, and age-appropriate, with a guided approach that keeps things moving while allowing for natural expressions and personality to shine.

Milestone sessions focus on simple, timeless portraits that highlight your child at their current stage whether they are sitting independently, pulling to stand, or celebrating a new age.  These sessions are relaxed but structured, with gentle direction throughout so parents don’t need to worry abuot posing or what comes next.

Cake smash sessions follow a more playful, planned flow and include a custom-designed set created specifically for your child.  This session always begins with traditional portraits before moving on to the cake smash itself, followed by a fun bubble bath splash.  Everything is paced with short attention spans in mind, and I guide the entire session from start to finish, letting parents know when and how to help so everyone feels comfortable throughout.

Both session types take place in my studio and are designed to feel easy from start to finish, with thoughtful planning, clear guidance, and an experience that is just as enjoyable for parents as it is for children.

Milestone and Cake Smash Sessions are offered in two session options, Petite and Classic, depending on how much coverage and how many images you’d like to take home.  Both options include the full studio experience, with the flexibility to choose the collection that best fits your family.

Petite Sessions

Petite sessions are a streamlined option designed to focus on one main portion of the session while still creating a beautiful, polished result.

A Petite Milestone session includes two simple backdrops or outfits and is ideal for capturing simple timeless portraits at a specific stage or age.

A Petite Cake Smash session includes a custom designed cake smash set, the cake, and a bubble bath splash to finish.  This option focuses on just the cake smash portion of the session without any additional portrait outfits beforehand.

Classic  Sessions

Classic sessions offer more coverage and variety, allowing for multiple looks and a more complete collection of images.

A Classic Milestone session includes multiple set ups or outfit changes and is ideal for families who want a broader range of expressions, details, and personality.  Birthday milestone sessions may also include a styled set up or backdrop to mark the occasion.

A Classic Cake Smash session includes portraits before the cake smash, the cake smash itself, and a bubble bath splash.  Outfit coordination and styling are included, along with a fully custom-designed set created speicially for your child.

Classic Sessions are best suited for families who want the most flexibility and a larger collection of images to choose from.

Starting investment for newborn sessions begins at $590.

Each newborn session includes a set number of edited images, with the option to purchase additional images or upgrade to a larger collection during your in-studio viewing appointment after the session.

Rather than pre-selecting a package before you see your images, you’ll choose your final collection after viewing your proof gallery. This allows you to select only the images you truly love, with guidance from me to help you decide what works best for your family.

Image collections are availale in tiered options, ranging fromsmall curated selections to full galleries , and may include the option to add albums or wall art.

Every milestone and cake smash session includes a fully guided studio experience designed to feel organized, fun, and age-appropriate.  From planning through the final image selection, everything is handled with intention so you always know what to expect.
