Kansas City Newborn Photography | Caden Sleeping Stars

Mr. Caden was my last session before my family vacation to Disney World. I was feeling so stressed, trying to get galleries out to clients. I had been up until 2 am three nights straight getting that done (thank goodness for Netflix and coffee). Trying to get print orders sent to the lab and packaged up to be mailed off. I had to get links out to clients who had chosen their digital packages. On top of that packing for four kids and taking one of them to a softball game that night. And I was kind of hoping to not leave my house a giant mess. So to say I was feeling anxious was an understatement.

To be honest the calmest I had felt all week was during his session. His parents were the sweetest and he was out like a light. He snoozed the entire time, barely making a peep. I always over plan in case I have a really great sleeper…I almost never use everything I have laid out for the session. This time I did. He went so effortlessly into every pose we were able to use every last thing I had planned. Even the football helmet his daddy brought along. It was as if he always took naps in that helmet…no big deal!

Thank you Caden for such an amazing session! I truly needed it 🙂
