Lee’s Summit Baby Photography | McCoy One Year
Mc Coy is one of my sweet newborn clients from last winter. I also had the opportunity to photograph his family this summer. And thinking back on that now I am really pretty annoyed that I didn’t get around to blogging that session because it was a beautiful day and his parents are like professional models. I am pretty sure I gave about zero direction on posing. It was honestly that easy, even with the family dog involved. Who was also perfectly behaved. I might have to sneak that session in this year, because you know, just like every year this is absolutely the one I am going to be super organized!
He has changed so much from our six month session. I cannot believe how much he has grown. He is doing so well and I was so happy to see he is sitting up so great! I am sure he is going to be all over the place very soon. Also happy to report we didn’t have a single tear or fuss. He made it through two backdrop changes and some shots with three of his favorite ladies and kept his happy disposition through it all.
While this alone was an important milestone to capture, his momma wanted to do something special for both of his grandmas and include them in the photos. Which I think is such an awesome gift. I know they do so much for this little guy and he will surely be so happy to look back on these photos today and see how much he is loved. And I insisted Kenda hop in a few at the end and I am so happy she agreed. The mommy and me shots are some of my favorites.
