Lees Summit Newborn Photographer Captures Cruz

We had so much fun having this family back in the studio! We love having the opportunity to see our client’s families grow. Little Cruz came into the studio right around Christmas, which is a crazy time of year for the studio. We do our best to work with returning clients to get them in! When Mama contacted us to attempt to get on the schedule, we made it work.

“Anna is an incredible photographer, “newborn photographer genie” if that’s even a thing! She captured my son Saint’s newborn pictures nearly 2 years ago, the pictures were so raw and pure. I can look at them and remind myself of how it was possible to wrap my arms around that 7 lb baby. All of his little features, even the ones that have vanished with time.

I am so thankful that she squeezed us in the last min with our son Cruz. I knew I wanted to have those same memories of him as well. Not only did I give her such short notice for this shoot, but I also had a very awake and gassy baby. Never once did she lose her cool or give up and run the session short. Throughout my pictures, you just see a peaceful and sound asleep baby. She gave our son Cruz the same amount of time (if not more) as she had given our son Saint. Additionally, we had planned Saint’s with months in advance.

Anna had a vision in mind when photographing our baby. Towards the end of the shoot, Cruz was completely over it at this point, she walks into the family lounge room so I could nurse him one last time. She tells me she had one more outfit she wanted to put on him, and she wouldn’t be done until she got a couple more pictures of him. I was so thankful to know she was going above and beyond for us to have those perfect pictures.”
