Baby Girl Milestone Session | Scarlett 8 Months
If I told you guys that when Scarlett came to see me for her newborn session she was one of my toughest babies of the year, I don’t think you would believe me. Because look at her. The big brown eyes, the gummy smile, the sweet little curls. She looks just about perfect and happy as can be. But let me tell you, she is like a new woman compared to our first meeting. Her momma and I were laughing about it because she said “I don’t know if you remember her newborn session…” to which I had to say, “I will never forget her newborn session.” It’s easy to laugh now because I am no longer in the moment trying to capture images of a baby who definitely does not want to be having her picture taken. I can see the humor, because we got through it and if you look back on that blog post there is no way you would ever know how we struggled through it!
This session was a piece of cake. We changed her clothes, made some silly faces, she smiled. Then just put that on repeat. I couldn’t have hoped for a better baby session. Can’t wait to see this pretty girl again for her cake smash session this summer!
