Newborn Photographer Lees Summit | Archer in the studio

Newborn Photographer Lees Summit | Archer

We had Archer in the studio for his newborn session. He had the cutest little family and sibling images that came out of his session. With the perfect combo of blues and grays it just made the whole session come together. Like a lot of our clients in the recent past this mama chose blue, grey, and cream. This color combo is very popular for baby boys. We shoot it often, several times a month. Color trends come and go, but this one has been around for a while. We think it’s here to stay. It’s classic, masculine and works well for wall art.

Family Setups

Offering a family setup in our newborn sessions can be one of the most challenging times during the session, but it is so rewarding. It’s great that we get to be the studio that captures some of these first moments as a family. Sometime mama’s are all worried about posing for newborn photos. Girl, you just gave life! You can do anything! It helps that Anna is so thoughtful when it comes to photographing new moms. She poses them so the light hits them just right, and they look the most flattering.

So often when our families return for their gallery reveal, mom is shocked at how beautiful she looks. Girl we got you!

Nursery Theme

Archer’s nursery has a travel theme so his mama wanted that reflected in his session. While we like to focus primarily on the baby, we don’t mind shooting one or two prop shots. In this case we had a few items in the studio that we could use with Archer. However, many moms bring along items from the nursery to complete the look of these special setups.
