Newborn Photographers Lees Summit | Baby Arlen
We had beautiful Arlen in the studio for her newborn session. She is just the cutest! As you’ll see from her session she wasn’t the sleepiest baby, but that’s why it is so important to book your newborn session with a photographer that has experience. Anna Marie Photography has over 10 years of experience posing newborns. We’ve seen it all! Awake, asleep, crying, pooping (yes it happens), and crazy sibling setups. When you book your session with someone who has been through these situations, they know what works best to still get an amazing gallery from your session.
Anna does an amazing job with the babies, so much so that clients call her the “baby whisperer”. There are so many variables that come into play during a newborn session that a newer photographer just won’t know how to navigate. Make sure that when you’re looking for a photographer that you search for someone whose style you like, someone that has experience in newborn posing (super important), and someone that knows what poses and setups will be safe for your baby.
Sleepy Babies
Newborns are completely unpredictable! We do our best to create an environment that will encourage baby to be sleepy. We also prep our mamas with what works best to do before their session to help baby sleep for photos. Even with all the work put into prepping for a newborn session, there are still some baby’s that just won’t be sleepy. And that’s okay! We will still do our best to capture your baby in all their newness.
